One Piece Centralizer

There are mainly two kinds of one piece centralizers (single piece centralizers). One is made of one single steel plate, which has a welding line on the centralizer (conventional one piece centralizer), and the other is made of a pipe cut with the laser, which has no any welding line (seamless one piece centralizer).

Our conventional one piece centralizers (single piece centralizers) are made from special high strength steel (65Mn steel), which has more excellent hardness and spring action than other types of centralizers.

Seamless one piece centralizer (integral centralizer)

 

The seamless one piece centralizer (integral centralizer), made of an integral single pipe, is a kind of bow spring centralizer with our unique design of shuttle shape. This design ensure the centralizer has higher restoring force, anti-drag feature and more beautiful appearance than conventional one piece centralizer.
